QuoteSnap is a mobile application designed for UK tradespeople to create, manage, and send professional quotes and invoices. The app allows you to manage your customer records, generate PDF documents, track payments, and run your paperwork from your phone.
By downloading, accessing, or using QuoteSnap, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the app.
To use QuoteSnap, you must create an account. We use Firebase Authentication (provided by Google) to manage sign-in securely. You can register using your email address and a password.
When creating an account, you agree that:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we believe have been created with false information or are being used in violation of these terms.
QuoteSnap offers two service tiers:
Free tier — You can create up to 3 quotes and 3 invoices per calendar month at no cost. No credit card is required. You get access to core features including customer management, PDF generation, and payment tracking.
Pro tier — For £4.99 per month, you get unlimited quotes and invoices, custom branding on your documents, and priority support. The Pro subscription unlocks all current and future premium features.
We reserve the right to adjust the features available in each tier. If we make changes that materially reduce what is included in a tier you are paying for, we will give you reasonable notice.
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly and processed through one of the following payment providers, depending on your platform:
Auto-renewal: Your Pro subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period. You will be charged the applicable monthly fee at the start of each renewal period.
Cancellation: You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. When you cancel, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current paid period. After that, your account will revert to the Free tier. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
Price changes: If we change the subscription price, we will notify you in advance. Continued use of the Pro tier after a price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new price.
You retain full ownership of all content you create within QuoteSnap. This includes your quotes, invoices, customer records, business profile information, line item templates, and any other data you enter into the app.
We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. We will never sell your data to third parties.
We need a limited licence to operate the service on your behalf — specifically, the right to store, process, and transmit your data as necessary to provide the features of the app (for example, generating PDF documents and syncing data across your devices). This licence exists only for the purpose of running the service and ends when you delete your account.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the quotes, invoices, and financial information you create using QuoteSnap. We do not verify the correctness of your documents or provide financial, tax, or legal advice.
You agree to use QuoteSnap only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who violates these rules, including suspending or terminating their account.
QuoteSnap is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to keep the service running smoothly, we cannot guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.
You can stop using QuoteSnap and delete your account at any time through the app settings. When you delete your account, we will remove your personal data and content in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
If we terminate your account for breach of these terms, you will not be entitled to a refund of any subscription fees already paid.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Effective date" at the top of this page and notify you through the app or by email.
If we make material changes that affect your rights, we will give you at least 30 days' notice before the changes take effect. Your continued use of QuoteSnap after the updated terms come into effect means you accept the changes.
If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should stop using the app and delete your account.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply in full.
